Our bakery makes all baked goods sold fresh within our premises. With respect for traditional recipes and preserving that quality taste our production is far from an automatic process. The artisans in our kitchen take special care to give each baked item a hand crafted quality, and a healthy organic benefit by not using artificial aids (e.g. preservatives.)
